Meals

Free school lunches for every student will not continue in the 2022-2023 school year. Lunches will be made available to those who qualify through the Free and Reduced Lunch Program. The federal waiver that made free lunch accessible to every student expired in June. Free breakfast will still be available to every student.

New Income Eligibility Guidelines for Determining Free and Reduced-Price Benefits:  INCOME GUIDELINES HERE

The 2022-23 meal application will be available on July 1, 2022. Your student may qualify for free or reduced price meals. Fill out an application on the district's School Cafe website to see if your child is eligible. A reduced price lunch costs $0.40.

Students who do not qualify for reduced-price or free lunches may pay for lunch.

Breakfast - $0.00
Lunch - $3.50

Transportation

The Transportation Department is dedicated to providing students with the safety and most efficient transportation as possible. School Find is a comprehensive database of all residential addresses served by Duncanville ISD. Online tools to find school and bus routes will soon available.

All school bus stop times are estimates only and could be affected by weather, traffic, and varying conditions. Please allow a 10 minute window before and a 10 minute window after estimated bus stop times when sending your student to the bus stop (this is more crucial for the first two weeks of school).
