The Academic Support Division directs the ongoing operations of Career and Technical Education, College, Career and Military Readiness, Professional Development, Advanced Academics, State, Federal Programs, and Accountability. The Academic Support team supports all campuses and departments in Duncanville Independent School District to ensure that students are provided with quality programs and services through innovative experiences that prepare students for postsecondary success.

The goal of the Duncanville ISD Career & Technical Education/College,Career & Military Readiness Department is to empower students by providing them the rigorous and relevant instruction, along with real-world experiences, that prepare them for college, careers, military service, and participation in the 21st-century workforce.

State & Federal Programs and Accountability - Rebecca Rader, Director
State and Federal Programs helps to ensure each student has the
necessary resources that provide significant opportunities to
achieve academically, socially and emotionally. Families are the
child's first teacher and it is critical to build the bridge where school
and families work together to help each child succeed.
