Duncanville ISD is moving to an electronic bid system, called IonWave.  The electronic Vendor Registration process is available and will allow potential and existing suppliers wishing to do business with Duncanville ISD to register online and manage their registrations through the following link https://duncanvilleisd.ionwave.net  click on “Supplier  Registration”
 
Registered companies will automatically receive an email notification when solicitations (Bids, RFPs, RFQs, CSPs and Quotes) for the particular commodities selected during the registration process.  Registered companies will be able to access and submit responses online.  No more mailing or paper submissions.
 
Questions regarding the electronic bid system or help using the system (including resetting passwords) may be directed to the Purchasing Department at purchasing@duncanvilleisd.org
