Screenings

In accordance with state laws, the following screenings will be performed:

Vision	Hearing	Type 2 Diabetes	Spinal Screening
Grades PK, K, 1, 3, 5, 7 and all new-to-district students	Grades PK, K, 1, 3, 5, 7 and all new-to-district students	Grades 1, 3, 5, 7	Girls: Fall semester - Grades 5 and 7
		(Height, Weight, BMI and Blood Pressure are required if the student is positive)	Boys: Fall semester - Grade 8

Parent/guardian will be notified by the school nurse if further evaluation is recommended

Other screenings that may be performed but are not mandated are:
