If you haven't received your ID card, you can register on express-scripts.com/trsactivecare to print your personalized ID card.
This can be used at all network pharmacies.

Or you can print a general, temporary ID Card without registering.

Please visit BCBS of Texas Doctors and Hospitals and utilize the Provider Finder. 

In addition, a Personal Health Guide (PHG) can help you find an in-network provider 24/7 by calling 1-866-355-5999.

You can expect to receive your ID cards 3 to 4 weeks after your effective date.

Through Blue Access for Members (BAM) you and your family have access to online resources filled with practical and useful information. 

Duncanville ISD contributes $373 towards monthly medical premiums. 

A Qualifying Life Event (QLE) is a specific change in your personal or employment status that allows you to make changes to your benefit elections outside of the annual Open Enrollment period.

Changes must be consistent with the qualifying event and must generally be requested within 30 days of the event.

Qualifying Life Events Include:

• Marriage
• Divorce or legal separation
• Annulment
• Death of a spouse

• Birth of a child
• Adoption or placement for adoption
• Death of a dependent

• Beginning or ending employment
• Change from full-time to part-time status (or vice versa)
• Approved leave of absence, including FMLA
• Return from an unpaid leave of absence

• A dependent gains or loses eligibility under a benefit plan
• A dependent gains or loses other group health coverage

• Court orders requiring coverage for a dependent
• Loss of other health coverage and HIPAA special enrollment rights
• Gain or loss of Medicare or Medicaid eligibility

Important Reminder

Requests to change benefit elections due to a Qualifying Life Event must be submitted within the applicable deadline and must be directly related to the qualifying event. Requests submitted after the deadline may be denied in accordance with IRS regulations.

Employees must notify Human Resources and submit all required documentation within 30 days of the Qualifying Life Event (QLE).

To view your current benefit plan enrollments, log in to your ClassLink account and select the FFGA icon. You will be automatically directed to your benefits portal where you can review your current benefit elections and coverage details.

New hire enrollment elections must be completed within the first 30 days of employment. Failure to complete elections during this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of coverage.
