Intra-District Transportation for Employee Scholars

Transportation will only be provided for employee scholars between the scholars campus and employees campus/department if the needs of the scholar fit into an established bus route.  Unless identified by an IEP, bus routes will not be altered to accommodate employee scholars.

Steps for securing transportation for your scholar:

  1. From the Main District Web Page - Select Employee Hub from the top right corner
  2. Select the Employee Scholar Intra-District Transportation Request Form
  3. Enter the required login information and complete the Google Form
  4. We will review your request and respond via email (approved or denied) within 5 business days. 
  5. IF your request is approved, you will need to follow these steps:
    1. Respond to the email to download the StopFinder app to complete rider registration
    2. Bus route information will appear in the app within 5 business days

ALL scholars needing bus transportation must register through the StopFinder parent app.

ALL SCHOLARS ARE EXPECTED TO ADHERE TO THE GUIDELINES OUTLINED IN THE SAFE RIDE MANUAL LOCATED ON THE TRANSPORTATION WEB PAGE.
