Student Records

To obtain a copy of a student record (e.g., attendance records, special education records, etc.), please complete the Student Records Request Form below. The form contains instructions for completion.

Current Students
Requests for records of students who are currently enrolled in a Duncanville ISD school can be made through the school in which the student is currently enrolled.
