The Student Services Department  provides leadership, support, and resources to assist all Duncanville ISD campuses in having an orderly, safe, and conducive learning environment. We offer guidance to assist schools in preventing and addressing discipline matters. The district uses Restorative Practices to address student discipline at all campuses.

Restorative Practices  is  a relational approach to building school climate and addressing student behavior. The approach fosters belonging over exclusion, social engagement over control, and meaningful accountability over punishment.
