Addressing Parent/Guardian Concerns
At Duncanville ISD, we value open communication and strong partnerships with our families. Our priority is to respond to questions, feedback, and concerns with care, accuracy, and in a timely manner.
To help resolve concerns quickly and appropriately, the Duncanville ISD Board of Trustees and district leadership encourage families to reach out directly to the person or office most closely connected to the matter.
Communication Guidelines for Duncanville ISD Families
We believe in building trust through mutual respect, courtesy, and collaboration. Here’s how we can work together effectively:
- Speak and write with kindness and professionalism.
- Be ready to share details and also listen to staff insights.
- Approach conversations with an open mind and a team mentality.
- Aim to resolve concerns constructively and cooperatively.
- Refrain from using threatening or inappropriate language, which is not acceptable and may result in further action.
