Mr. Keith Boepple

Mr. Boepple grew up in the field of communication.  He gave his first speech when he was 5, and had an article published in a local newspaper when he was 11.  In middle school and high school, he was involved in theatre, speech, newspaper, and yearbook.  He graduated from Grand Canyon University in 1985 with a B.A. Degree in Theatre/Speech and Religion.  After graduation, he traveled around the world with the international drama ministry called Covenant Players.  After 20 years of service with that group, he enrolled in the Teacher Certification Program at The University of Texas - Arlington.  Completing that program in 2007, he worked in the Arlington Independent School District as a substitute teacher and tutor.  He was hired as the Speech and Writers Workshop Teacher for Reed in 2013.  He became the Yearbook Advisor the following year.  Along with teaching, Mr. Boepple is involved with Toastmasters International.  He serves as the President of Power Communicators Toastmasters in Grand Prairie, and is the Co-Editor of the District 25 Bi-Monthly Newsletter.  He serves as Faculty Advisor for Youth and Government, Student Council, and Yearbook at Reed.   He is currently teaching the CTE - Professional Communications Classes at Reed.
