Ms. Shena Lee

I am a native of North Carolina. I received my Bachelors in English from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. I later received my Masters from La Salle University in Elementary and Special Education in Philadelphia, PA. I have been working with students since I was 19 years old in various roles such as an after school tutor, Pre-K teacher, Kindergarten Teacher, and SpEd K-8 teacher!
I loved teaching in Education, because I get to use various academic and behavioral strategies to help ALL student's succeed. I also enjoy working in my newest position--Kindergarten Co-Teach classroom because I get to plant the first seeds of learning in my student's. I love watching the seeds grow into a beautiful garden as they journey throughout school.  You can walk into our classroom anytime and see smiles and hands-on activities being done!
Some of my hobbies when I'm not teaching include: painting, tennis, and cuddling with my 13-year old rescued Texan Yorkie.
