Welcome to Health Science Techonology! I have been teaching Health Science since 1991 and have covered Principles of Health Science, Medical Terminology, Internship, Phlebotomy Technician and Pharmacy Technician. I have an Associates in Arts and Sciences from Cedar Valley College, an Associates in Applied Arts and Sciences from El Centro College in Medical Laboratory Technology and will be finishing my Bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from UNT Dallas at the end of 2019 . Pathophysiology has been newly added to my schedule this year and I look forward to this challenge. I look foward to meeting you and your student.
It is hope that each student will gain insight into the health care industry as a professional, a patient, or both. “Everyone can learn, just not on the same day and in the same way”. Sometimes things may not seem your “cup of tea” at the time you try them, but who can say that you will not one day be the best at whatever it is you choose to work at in life. Take your time and learn the art you desire to achieve Make the effort to make learning FUN! (Focus, Utilize, and Network what you learn)
