Dr. Marco Walder

Dr. Marco Walder is an educator, life-skills instructor, mentor, author, and speaker. A native of Dallas, Texas, Dr. Walder earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Education in Secondary Education from Alcorn State University. He also earned his Doctor of Education in Sport Management from Northcentral University and plans to be an advocate for improving the academic performance and higher education graduation rates of urban student-athletes. 

During his undergraduate matriculation, he was a four year letter winning football player. Dr. Walder is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated and is an active member in his local community. Dr. Walder is also a member of Kappa Delta Pi an International Honor Society for educators who achieved high academic excellence during their doctoral pursuit.​

Dr. Walder is entering his fifteenth year in education. During his fifteen years in education Dr. Walder has served in many roles at all levels and brings a wide variety of talents and skills to the Bilhartz family. This will be Dr. Walder's first year at Bilhartz Elementary.
