Professional Learning Communities
Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are at the core of the Duncanville High School Collegiate Academy foundation. The staff uses PLC to discuss scholar successes, achievement data, instructional methods and best practices to strengthen classroom instruction and provide the best quality education for all scholars. Each week, teacher leaders rotate responsibility for agendas, activities and takeaways for the entire staff. The DHSCA PLC process is unique and is forever changing toward the needs of our scholars.
