My name is Veronica Leyva and this is my twelfth year teaching.  This is also my fifth year at Fairmeadows Elementary.  Previously, I was a first and third grade teacher for seven years in Dallas ISD. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, scrapbooking, and going to watch the Texas Rangers.  I am very excited to teach at Fairmeadows Elementary and hope to influence all my students to become life-long learners.
