Jeremy Taulton is joining Brandenburg Intermediate School as an assistant principal from his role as a teacher in the Duncanville High School Collegiate Academy.
Mr. Taulton began his career in education as an administrative intern in Cedar Hill ISD. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from Tarleton State University, Mr. Taulton became a teacher in Cedar Hill ISD. He has spent the past three years as a teacher in the DHS Collegiate Academy.
While teaching in the DHS Collegiate Academy, Mr. Taulton supported the campus as part of the leadership team, served on several committees and provided an enriching space for all students to grow. Mr. Taulton also served Duncanville ISD on the Superintendent’s Teacher Leadership Council and provided feedback for the district’s safety and security team.
Mr. Taulton earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mr. Taulton also holds a Texas principal certification.
