Congratulations to the 2021-2022 District Teachers of the year, Jessica Ford from Brandenburg Intermediate School and Eika Johnson from Kennemer Middle School's STEAM Academy! These two outstanding educators were named during our Virtual Employee Appreciation event to represent Duncanville ISD for the upcoming school year.
Teachers and campus staff were celebrated last week with boxes lunches on Monday and individually packaged cakes on Friday, both treats provided by Superintendent Dr. Marc Smith.. Campus leaders also went out of their way to make sure their staff are feeling appreciated for all of their hard work, dedication and perseverance this school year.
Many of those special moments were captured in the virtual Employee Appreciation event along with recognitions for employees’ years of service to Duncanville ISD and honoring our retirees.
