Three Duncanville ISD Principals were selected to participate in the Campus Leaders Program (CLP). Delonda Robinson, Hastings Elementary, Christal Thompson, Principal, Hardin Intermediate, and Olish Allen, Principal Reed Middle School.
This program is through, The Holdsworth Center, an Austin-based nonprofit whose mission is to support to build strong campus leadership in Texas school districts.
The Campus Leadership Program is a unique opportunity to enrich their leadership skills in a collaborative learning environment. Through a mix of workshops, discussions, and peer-to-peer learning, they will gain valuable insights and strategies for:
- Enhancing their leadership style: The program will equip them with tools to become a more effective leader, fostering a positive and productive school culture.
- Developing innovative solutions: Engage in discussions with like-minded colleagues, exploring creative approaches to address contemporary educational challenges.
- Building a strong learning community: The program fosters collaboration amongst principals, creating a robust network of support and shared knowledge.
These three principals will make Duncanville Panther Proud in Duncanville’s inaugural cohort of the Campus Leadership Program (CLP)
