Elementary Teacher of the Year Chosen for 'Panther Power' Weekly Highlight

Duncanville ISD 2024 Elementary Teacher of the Year, Smith Elementary's Lupita Villalobos, was chosen as the "Panther Power" highlight during the Duncanville High School Panthers vs. South Oak Cliff Bears football game.
