Pamela Brown rejoins the Duncanville ISD family as the new Executive Director of Student Services. She previously worked in the school district three years ago as the principal at Hardin Intermediate School. We are excited to welcome her back to the D’ville family.
Ms. Brown brings 19 years of experience in education and 13 years of leadership experience at the campus and district levels. As a servant leader, Ms. Brown believes “in order to be a great leader, you must first be a great follower.” Supporting the vision and mission of leadership has enabled her to build meaningful and professional relationships with staff and stakeholders.
Ms. Brown most recently served as the Deputy Superintendent of Human Resources and Administration for Lancaster ISD. She has a Bachelor of Science from Prairie View A&M University, a Master in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a superintendent certification from the University of North Texas.
