New High School AP Looking Forward to Joining 'Thriving Culture'

Danny Colbert, Jr. joins the district as an assistant principal at Duncanville High School. He brings nearly a decade of experience as an assistant principal from Dallas ISD.

In 2019, Mr. Colbert was one of 12 assistant principals in Dallas ISD selected to participate in the National Principals Leadership Institute in New York. 

“I'm really looking forward to immersing myself in the thriving Duncanville High School culture,” Mr. Colbert said. “I'm also looking forward to growing myself and others while impacting student achievement.”  

Mr. Colbert earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Paul Quinn College. He received his Master of Education Administration from Prairie View A&M University.
