Required Documents

To enroll in Duncanville ISD, you will need to provide the following documents:

1. A utility bill in the guardian's name must be current and no older than 30 days. Accepted utility bills include: 

   • ELECTRICITY 

   • GAS

   • WATER

   • INTERNET

   • PHONE (LANDLINE)

   • STUDENT’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE

2. Student’s Immunizations

3. Social Security Card, optional

4. Prior School Records, optional

If you live with a district resident and do not have a utility bill in your name, you must complete an Affidavit of Residency.You can have the affidavit notarized by a notary at any campus in Duncanville ISD.
