Withdrawal Requests

During the Dallas County shelter-in-place order, we will be able to process your request only through the online form or by email request.

Please complete the Withdrawal Request Questionnaire and we will process your request within 3 school days.

If you are not able access the form, please use the withdrawal@duncanvilleisd.org e-mail and provide the following information
  • Name(s) of your student and date of birth?
  • Parent/guardian name and contact information – relationship with student?
  • Current address?
  • Current school attending in Duncanville
  • When your student(s) moved to new district or decided to withdrawal from Duncanville?
  • Will your student be homeschooled?
  • New School District.
  • New School
