DHS Future Educators Advance to State Competition

Students from Duncanville High School’s Education and Training program advanced to the state competition after winning at the regional contest in Denison on November 12. The students, who are studying to become teachers, competed in categories including “Creative Lecture” and “Lesson Planning”. Sixteen DHS students who participated won their categories at the regional Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) competition.
