Employees Awarded for Creating Safe Work Environment

Safety Award Winners  


A group of Operations Department employees received awards from the Risk Management department for creating a safe work environment for themselves and others.

The primary criteria to be eligible for the award include:

1. Daily use of personal protection equipment (PPE), including safety shoes/boots
2. Attend all safety trainings and meetings
3. No injuries or accidents
4. Consistently exhibits safety leadership qualities

The following employees received monogrammed jackets to recognize their achievements:

Gabriel Fernandez, Moises Fajard, Teo Hernandez and Larry Hall, Custodial-Maintenance; Vickie Sours and Elsa Salas, Nutrition Services; Clydene Murphy and Imogene Gaston, Transportation; and Martin Diaz, Warehouse.
